Job Description

Position:                       Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location:                      Norfolk County

Schedule:                      Full-Time

Salary:                          $55,000.00 

Job Overview:              The Board Certified Behavior Analyst works with various autism professionals to address the needs of children with autism, including behavioral and language challenges.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Engage in one-on-one and small group educational sessions with children with autism.
Administer necessary assessments, including those involving verbal behavior, language, and skill.
Quantify and discuss data-based progress.
Maintain accurate and complete records of children’s progress.
Supervise and train therapists. 

Candidate must have a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field from an ABA-accredited program; Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program; Four (4) years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including at least 1500 hours of direct services to individuals with autism.  Yearly Salary
